Changes in employment legislation from April 2015

Some important changes in employment legislation in England & Wales are to be applied in April 2015, the details of which we have made our HR Annual Service clients aware.

These changes include new Shared Parental Leave, Adoption Leave, Parental Leave, Statutory Rates, National Insurance, Data Protection and Holiday Pay.

Further important changes are expected in October.
